Welcome, my name is Mariela Arellano I am the founder of The OC Domestic Agency.  I have been in the Nanny Industry for seven years.  I was a nanny for five years and have been in business since 2004.  I appreciate that you have reserved the time to learn about our company and the services that we are proud to offer.

I began my career in the Nanny Industry, during my college years.  I knew that I wanted to work with children, in a nourishing and interactive way, being a nanny facilitated my goal.  I was fortunate to have found a wonderful family in San Clemente, CA that needed my service and that was able to accommodate my school schedule.  They had a bright, loving, and energetic two year old with a strong set of lungs.  It was love at first sight, Logan and I began a relationship to last a lifetime.  We spend endless days at the park making new friends, at the beach, at music classes or just strolling around the neighborhood picking flowers along the way. 

Having been a nanny, I understand first hand the challenges that families face in finding a qualified and experienced nanny to care for their children.  Based on this need The OC Domestic Agency was born.  We make a promise to each and one of our clients to provide them with excellence in Customer Care and Candidates that have been properly screened.  Our clients are always impressed by the quality and depth of the portfolios that we make available to them. 

Today, The OC Domestic Agency services all of Southern California; we invite you to experience a different kind of Agency, one that understands that nothing is more important than your children!
